Project Idea: The fourth grade: 4th and 5th gradand fifth grade teachers at one of my schools would like me, as the AIG Specialist, to design and help implement a unit to teach fractions in designing a new playground area.
Driving Question: How can we create a playground area for the fourth and fifth grade students?
Content: The focus will be working with fractions as students design a better playground area. We will apply for grants to really make this really happen!
